can i change or cancel my order?
send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if there’s anything we can do! please include your order number in your email. since we are super speedy at packing and shipping out our orders, we might not be able to accommodate a change or cancellation to your order after it’s been placed.
do you offer a discount for event planners?
we do have a trade program for event planners! if you are interested in learning more, please send us an email at email@example.com. alternatively, please take a look at our wholesale page if you’d like to carry our products in your store.

can i return items from my order?
definitely! unopened items in a new and unused condition can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. please visit our shipping + returns page for additional details regarding our return policy and process.
something is wrong with my order...what should i do?
first off, please accept our apologies! please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order, specifying your order number and the issue you’ve encountered with your order. we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution!
